Anyone wishing to undertake any outings on this website MUST have the required knowledge, experience and skill set to be able to safely do these routes. These may be "easy" grade routes but many are still rock climbs and a fall in these areas would be deadly. There are many awesome much friendlier fun routes to undertake in the area to start you off.

Romsdal has many excellent local guiding companies who you can hire if you wish to do any routes that you know you are not experienced or skilled enough to undertake alone.

If you have no rock climbing experience or very little then hire a guide. It will make your day a lot more fun and safer!
